• You have experience in working in a fast-paced environment (e.g. startups)

• You have experience in working with teams developing SaaS products

• You have at least 5 years of fulltime working experience as an Agile Coach with a focus on

  • providing support to fellow Agile Coaches by guiding career paths, offering direction, feedback, and assistance in daily tasks
  • being a leader (touching high level topics, e.g. alignement and co-creating goals and vision)
  • strategy (navigating organisational changes, scaling, leaning out company wide processes)
  • quantitative data (measurements, metrics; effectiveness of agile within and across teams)

• You love working with people and you enjoy making them awesome

• You are experienced in creating safe environments, where people can thrive

• You are allowed to work in Austria (work permit required)

• You are fluent in English (level C1 or higher), German is of advantage
